About Us

AAUW Northville-Novi is affiliated with the American Association of University Women (AAUW), a national organization that lobbies and advocates for education and equity. The association has a membership of more than 100,000 members and donors, 1000 branches, and 600 college/university institution partners. AAUW is open to all graduates, men and women, who hold an associate or higher degree from a regionally accredited college or university.

In principle and in practice, AAUW values and seeks a diverse membership. There shall be no barriers to full participation in this organization on the basis of gender, race, creed, age, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, or class.
